Due to the immediate access provided to our digital training materials, downloadable resources, proprietary forms, and certification modules, all course sales are final. Once enrollment is completed and access has been granted to the BHBI learning platform, no refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances.

Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the rare event of:

A system malfunction that prevents access and cannot be resolved
